Cooking steamed dimsum is one of the most traditional and easiest to make. For this it is advisable to use a bamboo steamer.

  • Bring water to a boil in a pot with a steamer
  • Put the baking paper in the bottom of the steamer basket and place the jiaozi on the baking paper, leaving some space between each piece. It is recommended to make some small holes in the baking paper to ensure that the steam reaches the pieces better.
  • Place the steamer basket over the pot and steam over high heat for 8 minutes
