Our history

The Sankou project appears after having the chance of realised in Restaurante El Bund, a pioneer establishment in Madrid with authentic chinese cuisine, how much popular are the dimsum in Spain. We resolve to start up a bakery where the filling and the dough are totally handmade, following the chinese traditional recipes. After a long stage of preparation Sankou was born, the bakery and factory where the best home-made dimsum are prepared.

What is a Dimsum?

A small dish made with a flour dough. Dough has to be firm and elastic, with a simple flavour so the taste of the spicy filling can be enjoyed. In Sankou we research to find the best flavour and to obtain a high quality product

A big warehouse with kitchens, bakeries, storehouses and freezers. Also in Sankou Asian Food we have high-tech machines from Japan that allow us to have big a production that covers the demand
